Remember Nhu's philosophy is similar to the person throwing starfish back into the ocean that had washed up on the beach. Someone said to this person, "Why are you wasting your time? There are millions washed up, you can't make a difference." The starfish saver picked another starfish up and said, "I can make a difference to this one" and threw it back into life in the ocean.
